Static Ad Agent

A small helper that makes static image ads for your product. You don't need to know how to code. You hand this folder to an AI coding assistant (Claude Code or Codex), it sets everything up, and you review the ads it makes.

Do this

  1. Unzip this folder if you haven't already.
  2. Open the folder in Claude Code or Codex (the desktop app is easiest).
  3. Paste this one message to it:
Read AGENTS.md and set this up for me, then help me make my first ad.

The assistant takes it from there. It checks that Python is installed (and helps you install it if not), creates a small settings file, and opens it so you can add your key. No commands to type.

Your KIE key (goes in a file, never in chat)

The assistant makes the ads through a service called KIE. You need a KIE account with some credits: create one at kie.ai.

When the assistant asks for your key, it opens a file named .env for you. Paste your key into that file and save it. Do not paste your key into the chat. If you paste it in the chat by mistake, ask the assistant to remove it and create a new key on KIE.

What happens next

The assistant asks a few quick questions about your product, shows you what an ad will cost on your KIE account, and waits for your OK before spending anything. Then it makes one ad and opens a simple gallery page. Happy with it? Ask for a few more. The images are saved in the folder for you.

Want to see it work first? Ask the assistant to run the built-in demo that uses a real product photo of the Mr. Paid Social hat.
